I spent nearly thirty minutes looking through all the events, and I can;t seem to find anything like this. I only have one class that can do this but I can't seem to find it.
If the class is wearing a Dagger/Shield the skill type "Melee" should be added, and "Ranged" should be removed, and vise versa.
EDIT:
Hmm I found a Seal Skill Type thingy, but I'm not too sure thats exactly what I want, nor do I really want to put a state on each weapon I make for this class.

EDIT:
Just for clarification and I'll add this post to answers because I'll explain what I did.
I removed ALL Skill types in the classes. Then I just made the weapons set the Skill type (If you un-equip a Bow, you no long know Ranged. So if you replace it with a dagger you now know Melee.)
