ok so i bought the remastered XP pack about a year ago. i never got an email to download so i sent in a ticket. i looked on my client area and its not there. i received an email back a few hours later and got the music pack, then my hard drive got wiped after that, and now cant find the email. i sent another ticket a couple days ago, no response.
help would be appreciated :)

EDIT: screw it i don't want the forums help anymore on this problem. i never got a email back from enterbrain so im better just buying it again....

Hey there, you don't have to buy it again (I somehow missed this), if you still haven't bought it, can you PM me the email you used to buy the pack?

That and if you really did already buy it a second time, we'd be happy to refund you the duplicate purchase. The ticket guys get a ton of tickets and it's just a matter of getting down the list sometimes. If it's urgent you can directly contact RMW staff and we'd be happy to help you out.
