Redownloading after Hard Drive wipe

I recently had to install a new hard drive and lost my previous materials.  So I decided to return to doing RPG Maker stuff after a hiatus and I've found myself unable to download some music packs I've bought specifically Zonderland and RPG Music Pack 3.   I can see my purchases listed under billing, but any attempts to go to a download page lead to an error, also attempts to go to a client area link display an error as well.  The error shown there is Error code: 2S100/1


How can I access and redownload my old purchases?

If you purchased them in the forum store, you need to send a support ticket from the main site (not through the forum) explaining which downloads you need.


The forum store is discontinued, that's why they didn't fix the download links that went down with the forum update - but the transfer of the forum store purchases to the main site store appearently takes longer and more work than expected. And until your old purchases become available there you need to go through support to get temporary links.

Okay, I'm trying to go through the main website support, but it requests the product key for the item in question as one of the mandatory fields and I have no idea what the product key is in relation to the items in question, though my purchases through the forum store are still listed there as active they don't show a product code or seem to link to one.  How should I proceed?
