"The house of Sieg"
Hello, this is Sieginder Niedelage (SN or Sieg if you want to shorten it). I'm recruiting people willing to work alongside me in the processes of creating this game. I am a good writer, but to tell this beautiful (and sometimes tragicomedic) story, I need help. The current status of the positions is this:
Writer-2 slots left

Mapper-1 slot left

[Dragon Scripter]

Scripter-3 slots left

Pixel Artist-2 slots left

Now, then. The reason of why I placed "Writer" in there is so that he/she can tell me if the story progresses smoothly, if there is a plothole that needs fixing, etc. etc. While I am confident in my skills as a writer, it's very important to have someone else rate you. If the story was made so that only you understood it then it wouldn't be worth telling, now. Would it?
The other developers who join me are encouraged to do the same, of course.
Note:
This project is being made with RPG Maker VX Ace.
Let us work together and make a magnificent story!
Series Synopsis:
What is “The house of Sieg”?
The house of Sieg is a group of many people which are all powerful: politically, physically and mentally. It might be called “The house”, like some sort of clan or feud, but that is simply because that is how it started; now it is an organization which many (kings included) consider the De Facto world government.
The most extraordinary members are given a new name, which begins with “Sieg” and are asigned a title, making him/her a heir. Based on several criteria; the heir is given preference over others to become the next head of the house of Sieg.
- Maturity and knowledge (10%):
This refers to how the Sieg handles situations (7%) and his/her general knowledge (3%).
- Physical prowess and magic aptitudes (10%):
The Sieg’s combat ability and mastery of magecraft, the physical prowess has a relevance of 4% while the magic aptitudes hold a 6%.
- Leadership skills (20%):
The abilities to lead an army in battle; they’re tested in mock battles with frequency and divided in the categories of:
Speed of the Sieg’s wit (2%)General effectiveness of the tactics chosen (5%)
The charisma of the Sieg (8%)
Aftermath of the battle (5%)
- Achievements (60%):
The feats that the Sieg has done, such as slaying great beasts and helping cities and towns.
This encourages heirs to travel the world far and wide, thus learning about the people and kingdoms of the world, as well as their issues.
"Achievements” also count the wrongs that have been done, such as failing to perform an important task or committing a great crime, in these cases the percentage is often negative and might go to the point of revoking the name and privileges of Sieg. On some occasions, the punishment is banishment and exile
This series details the great struggles of the house and the battles fought by it, from ages past, to the present.
Current Development Status:
I have begun making a rough Alpha for the first game, which is only meant to show the player what the world looks like and is going through, introduce a couple of important characters and give an idea of the general gameplay of the series.

Spoiler

"The Dei-Sieg is just so broken SN!"
This is not the way the gameplay will end up...
But yes, he is broken and will stay that way.
Three consecutive turns, maxed stats, normal AND Magic Evasion at 100%, no magic cost, Tp Charge Rate at 1000% and HP/MP regen of 100% per turn...hmm?
What could possibly go wrong?
To be honest, the story (of the saga) is about 50% ready, and there is a LOT to work on, but we'll get there one step at a time.

You should also send a sample (or samples if you wish) of your works in the position you want to take. That would be apreciated.
That is all from me.
Thank you. *Bows*
