I'm in a rather annoying situation regarding the systems I implemented into my game such as the crafting system by Venka. The crafting menu of his script shows up for "a" I want to reassign it to "r", but when I do in the general part of the script it remains as "a" which also conflicts with Galv's jump script which is also "a". When I change the button for jump it's still "a". Any ideas as to what I can do to resolve this little issue, if screen shots are needed I've provided some down below. Or a link to said script. There is also a demo provided in Venka's thread, same goes for Galv.

Well I altered the Galv's script since is more simple to make the jump button "s", "r" is more complicated since it does not belong to the RPG Maker default keyboard, but well https://mega.nz/#!wtRW3SKT (contais RTP) here's the Venka Crafting System demo with the Galv jump script, also I didn't do that much just changed the button on Galv's script but well test it on the demo, and then test it on your game, if in the demo works and not in your game it may be another script that's giving conflict

Well I changed the button like you said, but the Jump button is still "a". I also did a test on Galv's Jump Demo, and nothing. -

Of course, here's an image http://i.imgur.com/4PPhxsx.png remember to add the recipe scripts below the jump ability, I think it doesn't affect anything but just in case

Thanks a lot, I'll let you know if it works out. One more question, I'm trying to have a script or an item stop the gaining of Exp, how would I go about it?Of course, here's an image http://i.imgur.com/4PPhxsx.png remember to add the recipe scripts below the jump ability, I think it doesn't affect anything but just in case

It would be better to start a new thread, as that is a different, unrelated question. There may be a significant number of people with the answer, but who know nothing about reassigning buttons, so would never look here to read your question. It would also make it nearly impossible for anyone with the same question in the future to find your answer, as they wouldn't think to look here.
One query, one thread, is what we aim for.
