Description: I'm testing a new Window plugin, which would enable the use of non-standard skins. I need completely random skins to beta test it. There's no need to respect the standard layout or distribution of tiles, as long as all tiles are there (background, cursor, arrows, color palette, etc). I don't care how big or small they are, which color scheme, transparent or not..... go crazy.
If you want to make a large background of super quality and no window borders, do it.... or tiled borders in the style of Celtic designs, go ahead.... anything goes.

Just going to leave this link here. Check out the section named "Everything Else" at the bottom, you'll find many windowskin.

yes, but those are standards.
I'm looking for things out of the ordinary.
larger backgrounds, non-square frames, HD filigree borders, gradient palettes for health bars, pause arrows with more frames, etc.
I'm aiming to make something that'd help people make their own skins without the limitation of having to cramp everything into the square format, or using solid colors.
