  1. I'm a 19 years old guy with a dream. Becoming a video game music composer.
To achieve this goal, I'm willing to improve and better myself by any means.
So... if you were to give me some feedback or critique, I'd be truly thankful.

IMPORTANT: I'm now actively looking for a job as a composer. If you need someone to write original music for your project, being it a single song or an entire soundtrack, please consider contacting me.
My prices are negotiable, and I assure the utmost dedication and commitment to anything I'm assigned to.

Here are some of my tracks:

    Vilipis (Town Theme)

New song! Quiet, peaceful orchestral theme intended as a town theme.

    Draw your Sword
New song! Short, mostly orchestral battle theme.

    Sospiro
Dreamlike strings on a simple piano accompaniment.

    Neverday
    Twisted, pain filled chords.

    Through the sands of time
Song for two acoustic guitars written as background music for a trip in the unmerciful sun of the desert.

    Japan
Oriental-sounding song based on the Japanese "Insen" and "Iwato" scales.

    Red Rose
    Piano ballad. Quite sad.

    J'ustpac
Catchy piece written as a town theme.
  2. I like what I'm hearing so far. I hope you keep up the good work.
  3. Thanks! It really means much to me...

I'll try my best, work hard and make even better music
  4. These are all very good, however, I'm certain I've heard the 'Japan' song elsewhere, many months ago. Exact notes and everything. 0_o

Anyway, keep up the good work.
  5. Yeah, it's one of my oldest song :)

The reason I still bring it up is because I really like how it turned out.

It was one of the songs I had most fun composing, since I had to experiment with sounds, instruments and scales which I was unfamiliar with
  6. Your music is really really nice! I would definitely use them if given the chance.

    Thank you for sharing.
  7. Hey, could I use one of these if I give credit?

The only one I really want to use is J'ustpac.
  8. Sorry for the late reply, but I just got back from New York!

Anyway I'd like to make this clear: Unless otherwise noted, you can use any of my songs wherever you'd like to :)

Just... give me credit where due, please T.T
  9. These are really good. Lots of different styles to fit all sorts of game settings. Good job.

    Red Rose

Piano ballad written for a tender scene with a slight undertone of sadness.

    J'ustpac

Catchy piece written as a theme for a little town.

    Of course :)
  12. I love Red Rose, Neverday, and Sospiro. All three of these songs you made really have captured my imagination a lot when I play them.

There is a sequence with the flute toward the beginning that seems almost identical to one from the Water Temple in LoZ: OoT, maybe that's where you heard it from. "Japan" really is a beautiful track though if I do say so myself, I'd go as far to say its in the top 5 tracks I've listened to on this forum. Keep up the awesome work Quin!
  14. Oh o.o I love Ocarina of Time, but I don't play it since I was like... eight years old!

Thanks for the compliments anyway, and for making me notice the resemblance between the tracks ;)
  15. Red Rose is such an awesome piece!

Wait, its not awesome as in cool, but the atmosphere is really awseome and oh what am I saying.

    You rock!

    Thanks a lot! :)
  17. Your music is great! I like them all, I was just wondering one thing. I really like G's Laugh you posted, but it doesn't have download enabled on Soundcloud. Could you enable it, if its a submission as free music? :)

    Done ;)
  19. I'm back :) I'm looking for a new project to work on! :) If you need a musician, don't hesitate to contact me either by replying to this thread or via PM :)

In the meantime, here's a new song for you:  https://soundcloud.com/genf-1/draw-your-sword
It's a short, mostly orchestral battle theme :)
