Question regarding some sprites/faces/battlers

So I stumbled a lot of times over the board and google into these awesome arts of soramani(if its his/hers name?!)

are those arts allowed for commercial or non commercial usages and which person/company do I have to give credit for?

I don't know the language personally, but google Translate suggests on Journal on their Home Page, that it's for RPG Maker use only. Commercial or non commercial I'm not too sure but don't take my answer for granted! I just used Google Translate. XD Maybe try reaching them with the little comment box on the right side and ask them yourself?

Automated translator's like Google's are NOT a good way to learn the terms, because they don't translate the specific legal wording of terms correctly.
