Question about using resources off the Japaneses RPG Maker MV Site

    I had a quick question and I'm hoping someone might have the answer. Anyhow, I noticed on the Japaneses RPG Maker MV site:
    https://tkool.jp/mv/ , that there is a lot of free character collaboration material and downloadable resources that one is able to obtain. I didn't notice anything on the site that said we shouldn't be using them but I just thought I would check and make sure that those are cool to use in the games we create as well?
