Quest log for commercial

Hey, I can't script (But I'm good at making art/sprites :D ), so I wanted to ask for a script that adds a quest log, it should be a simple one, I need the script for a commercial project. Hope you guys can help me,

Modern Algebra's Quest script is excellent.  For commercial, you have to give credit and a free copy of the game.  That seems to me to be a very reasonable condition.  If you are interested, you can find it here: http://rmrk.net/index.php/topic,45127.0/topicseen.html/

There's all kinds of quest log scripts in the master script list, I'm sure atleast some of them must be allowed to be used in commercial games.

However since you say you're good at art, and such, I would suggest forgetting about a script for such. You would probally be much better off using a message script, and creating your own through eventing.

There are several existing quest logs (the most popular are from Modern Algebra and from CSCA), can you tell us why you aren't using them?


You also need to be more specific if you want a new quest - what should it do, what info should it display, how should it be called in your game, how should it be controlled in your game. And some mockup-pictures of how it should look like would also be nice.


And since the script is for a commercial game, what can you offer the scripter as compensation? A full quest log is NOT something that can be done quickly, it has a low chance of being fullfilled as a request - and if it's for a commercial game you can assume that the script who does put in those hours of work will expect something in return for it...

I found modern algebras script, but I couldnt find his terms so i wasn't sure I i could use it and I actually never found a script from CSCA, but I think after  ksjp17 post, I'm gonna use modern algebra script.
