Publish a game maded with VX ace...is legal? Whereas the game is free. (Sorry if the english is wrong, but i am italian!!)

If you have a legal copy of VX Ace and you have nothing in that project that might violate third party copyrights, then yes.

People should really learn to read the EULA sometimes... XD

Right. You're allowed to publish any game (commercial or free) made with a legal copy of RPG Maker, but if you have imported any resources from elsewhere, you need to comply with those terms as well.

You can also publish a game made with Ace Lite (the free one) as long as you are not selling it, and comply with the other requirements.
