Problem activating

Hi, I just downloaded and installed and I'm having a problem on activating the Lite version. Can someone please help me?

It says: "An unexpected error occured during activation. Please try again. If the problem persists, contact customer service". I tried quite a few times already.

PS: I hope I'm posting in the right place...

I figured it out already. I use Comodo firewall and it was blocking it, since I wasn't getting any help from the technicians I just closed my firewall, activated RPG maker and opened the firewall again.

Degica is a small company, they need a bit of time to respond (especially on weekends) because there aren't many people handling support.


However, since it now works...
