@GaiaLegend Oh yes, this song is definitely ready for combat. I get a very gritty, futuristic feel from it- Cyberpunk, but maybe with a dash more technology and grit. Very cool!
@Holland Oh, so beautiful! I wish I could do piano work like this. There's definitely a romantic feel to this piece, something that sets the mood of a gentle breeze with flower petals blowing around.
I've been doing short song requests for a group I'm in. Here's a few examples:
The requester for this one asked for a song that fit a strong-willed but lonely girl, with a wintery feel.
This one is a bit different from what I normally do; I don't typically play around with effects that much, but the delay on the pizzicatos is nice. This person asked for a "spacey" theme with strings.

@Sami-Fire64 I like the harmonies in your songs. Something I've noticed is that you never seem to use a bass instrument. I think your music would improve significantly if you used bass instruments, it would add a bit of backbone. It just sort of sounds empty without it (though not all songs need a bass instrument!) I would look forward to hearing some bass in your next tracks. Try it! :kaojoy:

Thank you man :D Glad you like it! -
@Holland That was lovely, dude.
@GaiaLegend Ready to Combat - Sounds like new version of Army Men
@Sami-Fire64 Resolution - is it pentatonic?
First sounds in space - It is hard to compose a song about space. I can feel it.
Warning! Lower your volume speakers/headphones if you don’t wanna hurt your ears.
Spoiler
Reason I made this song : Inspired from Darkman007 who composed musics for Super Cyborg. -

Army Men? You mean those little green soldier toys? Oh man, I used to play that on the PS2 :D so that is a compliment for sure!
Thanks man!
Fun fact:
The voice at the start that says ''Battle Sequence Activated'' is actually my own voice but made robotic :p -
@GaiaLegend Yup but I played on PC, the real time strategy version. Such nostalgic.

Hello! I'm a newcomer around these forums, and thought I'd share some tunes!
This one's a battle theme. I wanted to make something toe-tapping and not annoying when you hear it for the umpteenth time.
Incidental Opposition
I'm rather fond of this one! A final level theme with plenty of final-ness. I was sort of going for a ticking clock feel, but I made that decision halfway through making it, so it might not be obvious.
Gears Of Revelation
This one was rather tricky to get right, as boss themes tend to be. I don't have as much to say about it, but thank goodness I don't have to tweak it ever again!
Bring Out The Big Guns
The mixing on these might be way off as I've only got one headphone working right now. -
@Sami-Fire64 @KayZaman Thank you so much! :D
Sorry for responding so late- everything I posted all was pending, so I forgot about it ha -
Metalheads check out!
Death metal solo project HAIDUK. Heavily inspired by fantasy RPG's like Diablo.

Greetings,
Expanded on a fellow composer's 8-bit track and orchestrated it.
@Holland, I want that bard in my tavern, and you've earned a subscriber. -
Ah! Thank you @Neith!
-
@Neith really digging the textures and melodies here! I especially love when those horns come in, really feels big and alive.
I myself have had a various number of pursuits, as I have a background as a ghost producer and also having produced a few beats for rappers and still doing so now. I have recently started working in the lane of Darkwave/Goth Rock/Synthpop though, and this would be my latest attempt at such. -
Relatively new to the freelance composing thing, no real jobs yet save for one commission. That said, I'm hopeful I'm up to snuff. Here's one of my original things I'm using for my own game, meant to represent a bustling seaside market (a la Venice). I'd be interested to hear what the more veteran composers on this site think of it:

The melodies are simple beautiful here, but your mix and master need some work. The lead instrument is a bit too loud, and the layering at 0:19-0:30 doesn't really bring everything to life like it could, I'd say the same throughout if I am being honest. It's something you will learn over time though, and I am sure you will catch on. After all, for a beginner, this is actually quite impressive and beyond what I was doing then. -
@haiduk Azyr was a solid black metal production! Was it a home or studio produced?
Thanks for checking out! Delayed reply, but it was both. Guitars+drums were recorded in my home studio, bass+vocals+mastering was done at an 'official' studio. -
@Neith, i really like your track, its so lovelly ;v
@CoGDork Nice song, i could clearly imagine it as a bgm for those 90's pc strategy games. The melody is captivating
This time i want to show some projects that i'm working on. I hope you like :)
1) Riverbank (Aquatic ambience)

2) Face The Boss

@Jonas Zaggo I really love Riverbank. It's so addicting
here's some tutorial music i made for a game: https://instaud.io/1V62 -
Here's a song I've been working for some time, it's a tribute to 80's, early 90's pop music.
-
@ItsAlterity Thanks! I love synthpop, some vintage vibes here.
@Jonas Zaggo Thanks! Your tracks are pretty nice, I liked especially Riverbank and Batalha no Calabouço.
@Tuomo L The beginning gave me strong New Super Mario Wii vibes (the volcano track) Slight downmoment, at 1:51 the bass kinds of overshadows the voice.
