This may sound like a stupid question, But how do you make a portrait a faceset as well? For example Ralph has a portrait and a faceset, How to do perfectly cropped his face to make it a faceset, it's kind of hard to explain but I think you know what I mean, Thanks.

Easiest way would be to just open it in Paint or Photoshop or something and crop. You can use the other RTP facesets to get the right dimensions.
-
I try it but the thing is, it always looks either too big or too small, It's not as perfect as the RTP ones.
-
Which ones are you converting into facesets?
The RTP faces are about 70% the size of the portrait itself. -
The RTP styled portraits.
-
When the portrait is custom made, the size of the face may vary a bit and the 70% may not be perfect match.
I recommend you open up a filled RTP faceset in image editor and place the portrait as a new layer on top of it. Add 92 pix grid in your view and try to resize the portrait om different sizes untill 92 px area seems to have the face aligned in a proper size. Then just crop that, make sure it is aligned right in the grid and delete the bottom layer with the reference faceset. :)
If you need other portrait variations of the same character into the faceset as well, note the resize percentage you used and use the same one for the variations of same character. Usually the matching resize percentage is indeed between 70-85% even with the custom made portraits.
