Hello EveryBody I am Dragon Scripter,with my game "Pokemon AlphaX"

as you know i  really need help for you!i will trade my skills with you like scripts and mapping and also eventing.

About My Game:pokemon AlphaX is a remake of Pokemon X due to pokemon x is only for 3ds so I think to make a game for Ace! :D

The protagonist of Pokémon AlphaX is a young teenager who had just moved to Vaniville Town who, along with his or her friends; Shauna, Calem/Serena, Tierno, and Trevor, set out on a journey through Kalos to become Pokémon masters. At the beginning of the games, the player chooses either Chespin, Fennekin, or Froakie as their starter Pokémon from one of their friends, later receiving either Bulbasaur, Charmander, or Squirtle, from the Kalos Region's leading scientist Professor Sycamore.The player's primary goal is to obtain the eight Gym Badges of Kalos and ultimately challenge the Elite Four of the Pokémon League, and its Champion, to win the game. Obstructing their way is the villainous Team Flare, whose goals at first seem to be geared towards making money off of Pokémon, but it is later revealed that their desire for beauty extends worldwide and they wish to wipe out humanity and civilization to keep the planet in its pristine and beautiful state. To that end, Team Flare seeks out the Mega Stones to understand their secret and Zygarde to power a weapon to meet their goal. Also involved is the mysterious man AZ, whom Team Flare sees as instrumental to their plans.

Seeing as it's a fan game, which means you can't actually sell it for money, you could probably download the actual soundtrack from the game.

That would just make it a bit easier than having someone remake all the stuff already available. Unless, of course, you wanted some new character themes, or the like.

And what sort of battle system are you going to use?

I am ysing the battle system from crystal engine

Please do not take my post as a law-freak-geek's post.

I am not a lawyer, but I did my research on things like EULAs and Terms Of Use.

I am not sure if what you do is allowed.

I mean, you use a registered trademark and even same named pokemon, to make a fan-based game.

Being fan based, doesn't make such a project legal, even if you use all assets from scratch.

Making it for free also does not make it right.

This is a myth.

Be careful with things like that cause you might get in trouble.

It's not 100% guaranteed but if it will be popular, you might draw Nintendo's attention.

For instance, that's what happened with Pokemon on line that used pokemon Red to work.

It was for free, it was an MMO Game, nothing to pay, still it went down.

Well that makes it even worse.   :unsure:

On the other hand, there are companies that ALLOW people to use their trademarks and assets, as long as the derivative is not involved in ANY way with profits.

So here goes my question:

Is there any concrete proof that Nintendo allows what you do? (Please provide us with a link).

If yes, I would love to contribute as a musician, making an ORIGINAL song for the game.

If not, well sorry.

I don't want to participate on something that might mean trouble for you or me.

I happen to know there are tons of fan-made pokemon games on the net, and neither nintendo nor game freak seems to be doing anything to stop them IF the developer does not try to make any money from it. This means not selling the game, only making it available for others to play for free AND not selling ad space on your site.

It is, of course, nintendo and game freak's prerogative to change this apparent policy at any time.
