Details, details, details!
Now, first thing is first... everyone knows a good character makes for a good sprite. Right? ... no? Alright, maybe not everyone knows that, but it is true! It does make for an interesting sprite! Our character, the MAIN character (mind you), is an older man, late into his forties. Sadly, this man has seen enough war and bloodshed to make a demon afraid, and thus his hair has lost it's vibrant sheen. By this, I mean, he's got grey hair. Lots of it. A whole head, in fact! Now, where was I? Ah! Yes... bloodshed, war... blahblahblah... Main character! He's kind of a monk-like fellow isn't he? I mean, just look at him! Oh? Can't see him? Darn... Well, he runs around in only a few pieces of armor. Namely that shoulder thingy... whaddatheycallem... Pauldrons? Yes, he has a pauldron... and a single gauntlet. Both are grey, like his hair, obviously. He also has a very girlish necklace-thingy, but it's not really a necklace, now is it? No, it goes about his forehead, kind of like a tiara. And it even has a large purple jewel in the center of it! Ominous, right? Yes, yes, I know, let's move on! He's got little facial hair, a strong jaw, a muscular (yet thin) body and a nice scar about his left eye. Straight through, actually. Made his eye turn white entirely, you see.
Is that enough? Did I ramble? Hrnnm.... Maybe. Anywho! Here's a recap, if you didn't catch it:
- Monk-like
- Unarmored, save for a single Pauldron and Gauntlet on his right arm. These are connected, by the way, so it takes up his entire arm!
- A circlet about his head with an ominous looking purplish gem, maybe even a dark pink color!
- He's gruff-looking, with a nice head of grey hair, preferably spikey but short.
- He has a set, strong jaw and a scar over his left eye.
- His left eye is completely white; no pupil or iris at all.
- He's aged, but he has no wrinkles just yet, only that tired look in his eyes, like all war-vets have.
- He's got a decent amount of stubble, but no real facial hair. He tries to shave weekly, for his good looks.
As an added note, he does use a sword, which he has sheathed on his left hip. You can add that into the sprite if you want, but it is not needed necessarily! Oi, director! Did I spell that right? ... I did? Fantastic!
Now, this is greatly appreciated for whoever takes the time to make the sprites for me and the faceset, too! Much obliged! Many thanks! It's an honor and all that! Now, the director's yelling at me to hurry up or I'll miss the pizza we're having for lunch, so... cya!
