Not able to reach customer support on this site...

    Hey, has anyone else had issues reaching customer support on this site? I have tried twice now with no luck, after I hit the submit button I get directed to a blank webpage that doesn't seem to finish loading. Do I need to use a specific browser or something?

    where did you try to reach support?
    It might happen that some emails got lost in the ticket system, but you should not be redirected to a blank page.
    However I know that several years ago a different support system was discontinued, and some external links still guided there. The correct way to reach support is through the support tickets in the links top right here on this site.
