  1. Recently, I've encountered what I think is a bug. I've plugged a couple hours into a project and while playtesting it one day, it just displayed a white screen. No title, no graphics, no nothing. Every time I try to test battles or anything else, it always does this. Everything in my folders are in order, and I can provide screenshots or video if anyone requests more information. I don't want my project to be totally lost, please help!
  2. First, what engine are you using? RMMV?
  3. Yes, RMMV.
  4. Okay. Could you attach a link to your game so I can download and test it?
  5. Sure, give me a minute, for I haven't the slightest idea how to do that.
  6. Ok, well I don't know how to do that. Any other ways you could help?
  7. seriously it's been 7 days can anyone help oh my god
  8. No one can help without more details.
So you need to give an Option to test the project to see if the Problem is on your Computer only or if it is a damaged file in the project itself.
Just search the Internet for a free upload site, upload your game archive there and give the link to it here.
  9. Does it actually open a new window for the game? If you press F8 at that time and go to the Console tab, is there anything shown there?
  10. If I try to get to the console commands (pressing F8) during playtest then nothing happens. It still stays the same white screen.
  11. so, results of playing it not on my computer?
  12. don't really know what that question means, but it probably IS something on your computer (or rather, about your project) that's causing the issue.

Try creating a brand new project, then copy over all of the subfolders from your old project except the js subfolder. Inside the js subfolder, copy over the plugins.js folder and the plugins subfolder but leave all of the other files/folders alone (don't copy the libs folder, main.js or any of the rpg_*.js files). See if you can open & play the new project. Naturally, after creating the new project, you'll need to close it again before doing all the copies.

I'm suggesting this because you say other projects are okay, so it must be something with that project in particular.
  13. Is your project located in Dropbox or OneDrive? Or any cloud storage? If so, move it immediately.
