New PC, Lost Key [RMVXace]

I've recently bought a new PC an my father will get my old one. So I wanted to install RMVXace on my new PC, but I lost my key. I already sent an e-mail, but I am not sure if it was sent correctly, because I didn't recieve any confirmation in my inbox.

When you first ordered the engine you should have gotten an email with your key on it. Go to your inbox for whatever email you used with the purchase and check to see if its there first (search up RMVX ACE or Enterbrain). It should be there—unless you deleted the email file.

Yeah. Always back up your keys. I have a copy on my PC, a copy in my gMail and Hotmail, as well as a copy in my phone (texted it to myself). When you purchase, you have to register... so there could be a way that EB can pull up your key.

Yes, I saved it on my old PC, but my father deleted it when he installed windows again and deleted the windows.old folder.
