Needing an Asagi animated battler made.

Hi everyone! I've been trying really hard to create some animated battlers for my RMVXAce game, but am always running into trouble. I seem to run into alignment issues, and color issues. I was wondering if someone had the time to help me by putting one together for me. I want this one of Asagi from the Disgaea series:

It has tons of poses so it shouldn't be too hard. I think I need 13 poses in all.

1. Idle

2. Getting hurt

3. Under an ailment

4. Defending

5. moving left

6. moving right

7. attacking

8. using an item

9. skill move

10. magic skill

11. victory pose

12. enter battle pose

13. dead

I know it might seem like I'm being lazy, but I really am having trouble with this one. I'd appreciate any help I can get since I work quite a bit now (blame my family...). Thanks for at least reading all this~
