So I have been using RPG Maker for a long, long time now. I have a broad knowledge of how to do a lot of things, from graphics and artwork to eventing and scripting. Enough to help a lot of people get their feet wet.
I also am aware of a few games for RPG Maker that are very well made, and I'd love to let people know what these games are and how they're done.
Further, I am contacted often on a professional basis to get material out to communities, which includes tutorials, for developers. On top of this I have live streaming and videos/footage of me speaking at conferences.
Unfortunately I have no video editing abilities, so the tutorials I do create are lack luster and in need of improvement. The same goes for any video I create.
I am looking for someone with video editing software to make my videos and tutorials look and feel more serious, more professional.
I don't get offered pay to do these things, so I can't offer compensation. But with the influx of people interested in game development software, including RPG Maker, and the people approaching me to help me develop their community and create resources on their software and games, there's a good chance I may be able to offer compensation in the near future.
The following is my current video list on youtube.

The following is a list of event tutorials I've created that I would like to do video tutorials on:

Couple this with reviews of games I've played, tutorials I can create, and other areas I can teach, there's a lot of content I'd love to generate.
I need someone to go on this walk of opportunity with me, and maybe we can both end up doing what we love.

What would you say is the issue with your tutorials? So I have been using RPG Maker for a long, long time now. I have a broad knowledge of how to do a lot of things, from graphics and artwork to eventing and scripting. Enough to help a lot of people get their feet wet.

If someone else is editing you would have to still record, still do voice-overs and then the editor would make them fit together.
But what else would that achieve other than a longer work-chain? -
Higher production values. Fewer takes. Better examples. More organization.
I'm perfectly willing to create the resources if someone is willing to edit them.
For example in my tutorials I would love to put in a list of what switches do during the explanation on them, instead of a motionless screen capture. Other things I would like are: An introduction, better annotation, video lists at the end, an outro, zooming, things of that nature that you see in higher quality series.
And for reviewing I'm not doing lets plays, I'm highlighting and summarizing the good and bad. That means capturing video as I play through, and then editing that video to capture the highlights, and voice overring me talking about those points. Between playing the game and editing it, my time would be completely spent on reviews and they'd be difficult to put out.
I would also like to combine Reviews and Tutorials for a series on RPG Maker resources, like scripts and graphics.
This also has a chance to expand beyond RPG Maker and encompass other development engines.
So the reason why I need a video editor is for polish on my work, because I have a lot to go over, and I want people to enjoy what I go over and have an easy time browsing through it. It also helps to be able to cut and compress my work when needed. -
Try work out a reliable work-chain then. From you who makes all the assets for the video, where to upload it fast enough for the editor to download it, make instruction lists on what you expect (template) and then a place for the editor to upload the finished work. Also work schedules, expected work time for an episode.Higher production values. Fewer takes. Better examples. More organization.

When you have all that set up in your head or at least on paper, then you are ready to ask for this because then an editor would be much more inclined to help you :)
