    ok can anyone tell me what a product key is and why I didn't get one? I'm kinda new to this

    A product key is a unique combination of numbers/letters you receive when you purchase software. You should have received an email when you purchased it with the key. If you purchased it from this site, you can also login through the store and your purchase history will have the key.

    If you did not receive an email, fill out a support ticket, either entering all 0's when asked for the product key or leaving it blank.
