I know how every

file- compress game data

and then include rtp. but there is n button saying inlcude rtp!!! pls help

You're doing it wrong, you compress it using RPGMaker VXAce, not using WinRAR

Open the editor and use the menu command:

file - compress game data

You're still doing it on WinRar I think...

We said open up RPG Maker VXAce, then open your project, then go to file -> Compress Game Data (ON RPG MAKER VXACE NOT ON YOUR EXPLORER)

You should have a file that has a Blue Box icon after that

You don't need to use ANY external programs for this :)

Wonder why people think they need to use WinRAR? This is not the first time I've seen it happen (or cause problems).
