Need help with lighting

Hey, In many parts of my game i need glowing effects like in here the images I;ll upload with this thread. Please help me.

Those effects are most probably done by parallax mapping and an overlay script.


That is an advanced form of mapping that needs a lot more work and familiarity with image programs like GIMP or Photoshop.


If you think you can handle that, search in the forum for parallax mapping tutorials, those will tell you how to make those overlays - we can't make them for you, because every map needs a different overlay (that is one reason why this form of mapping is much more work)
