Need help giving this Bear a Suit

This is a Bear that someone recolored wayyyy back in the day. This character I had in mind is missing one thing. The character, named Ted, and he runs a place called Ted's Bar. If anyone can help modify Ted to be in a Dress Shirt and Vest, something like this,



I'd really be grateful for the help.
 

If you know of an existing sprite that has that outfit you could just swap the heads. Or you could find an outfit that's close and have an easier time finding someone to help. Editing is much easier than creating outfits from scratch.

That looks quite 2003 style(even the rows).
