Need a artist for full game

Hi, my name is cory and i need an artist (part time is ok) to help the other artist with his work. The design docs arn't complete yet so i can't give you a final list of whats needed. I've attached a photo of an early concept art (the green guy) and a screenshot of the art style we are going for.

You use the word "concept" in an odd way.

Typically, a person doesn't post a screenshot of an existing character and call it "their concept"... It'd be like if I posted a screenshot of Master Cheif, from Halo 2, and said that it's "My early concept".
