My solution to Global Warming

Global Warming skeptics, begone!

It is obvious to me that CO2 level's are rising due to Human activity. I did the math years ago. Now what if we could assemble a device that captures CO2 and converts it into something else; or a device that filter's CO2 from the air and traps it (If it cannot be converted.)

If we don't do anything to address this problem then Earth is gonna eventually end up like Venus.. Because of stupid people that can't handle their CO2 waste.

I don't wan't my planet to end up doomed because of human stupidity, and I will pursue a quest for knowledge so that I can at least attempt to assemble a CO2 converter device. 

Recently car free-on has been banned worldwide for depleting the ozone lair, next we need to do something about these corporations dumping CO2 in the air. It must be regulated or these companies should be shut down world-wide.

Remember the power of communication, get you're word across and try to make a difference if you can, got any ideas on how to build a CO2 converter, let me know, I'm all ears. Don't have any ideas, ask someone who does. Thank you for you're time. I will post follow up topics in regards to this in the future.

especially forest cutting. less tree = less CO2 filter to O2.

in my country (forest still quite a lot in my province - Kalimantan). there's illegal logging activity... that become serious threats. but then i don't blame them too much.

why? because the other advanced nation just shouting and keep shouting to stop cutting trees... but they forgot... it's because they already don't have any trees to cut anymore. they cut it a long time ago... imagine that people that ask you to not steal but themself is the bigest Thief of all time....

people here need woods to develop it's civilisation so it become more prosper and not poor nation.

so... i have crazy concept... if the advanced nation want to stop illegal logging activity in our country. First... pay our country. one tree equal to certain money EACH year...!!!!! (this apply to country that have amazon forest too. since our Borneo and Amazon is the largest lung of the planet).

if our country prosper. it doesn't matter if we are not allowed cutting tree anymore. not to mention. lots of our country wood... illegally exported to other nation as well.

then our country should assign some men that MUST live with the tree (transmigration program with certain twist). build a house inside a forest... (using non wood material that GIVEN by the government using the money from advanced nations). live in forest. working in growing new trees, tending trees. getting PAID to look after the trees. guard from illegal logging people.

BUT with access to electricity. television. enough food to eat. enough gadget to play. you live in medium luxury life. but in the forest.

and the main job is only to grow and guard the forest.

imagine elf with advanced technology. like that. so we can also provide them with bow and arrow to shoot people that illegally cutting trees.

would you like to like like that? i do :D .

and because the job is guarding tree from being cut => tree cutting reduced

and because the job is growing new tree => tree increased

tree increased => natural CO2 filter that don't go against nature order.

Hey I like the way you think, excellent Idea! I used to live in the Redwoods in Northern California and loved it! I will definitely continue to due my part and plant new trees and plants. These are our Earth's natural filters and we can't have enough. Imagine if every single person on planet Earth planet a tree or two? I suppose one way to help our planet's struggle with global warming is to encourage people to plant trees. I wonder if any scientific study has ever been conducted to measure how different species of plants absorb CO2? This kind of knowledge would help when deciding on what kind of trees to plant.

if we say Borneo and Amazon => Elves...

in Oman they will live in mountain that contains some 30,000 cubic km of peridotite (then use the fake tree) => live in mountains? Dwarf, Goblin, or Gnomes?

Drop a nuke on the ice caps to make nuclear winter and re-freeze them.

That sounds all bad. The ice caps are already currently melting and releasing massive amounts of co2 as we speak. Dropping nukes on the ice caps would only further this process.
