My Rpg maker's database is Japanese how do i make it English?

I've been having problem with this in weeks, can someone help how to translate this? 

This is the default English database. Everything in it is editable, so you don't have to rely on RTP specifications.

However, I cannot think of any reason why your version of VX Ace would be in Japanese, unless you had a Japanese version.

The official RPG Maker is already in English version. How did you get yours?

I remember that there is a RPGmaker VX Ace on kickasstorrents & Piratebay that is only in Japanese but it can be editted.

I am not accusing anyone but it does seem strange that you have a Japanese version when you are not suppose to when you purchase it.

The database is always in the language that is active when a project is created, so theoretically it is possible to have a different language by continuing working on a project downloaded somewhere else.


However, the picture itself also shows that it was taken from the pirated version, not the official version...
