  1. So I tried buying The Nothing Battles from the forum store, and I get an error over and over again. Frustrated, I call my bank and ask for help. It turns out that Degica is on some kind of fraud blacklist they keep. :x

The customer support lady told me that she can unblock me for a 24-hour period, but that I have to call back every time I need to make a purchase, which is frustrating to say the least.

As of now, I still can't purchase it.

    halp
  2. I had this same problem too through my bank when I tried to buy Ace. I DID manage to buy it, but I had to do the 24-hour period thing myself. I'm not sure if much can be done about it, but then, I don't know much about these things, so who knows? ):
  3. Me as well! Well...not my bank account. I got a warning from Pay-Pal today when I purchased one of the RM engines today. I just assumed it was just an error message. I hope this isn't true about Degica...!
  4. you should try to ask the bank why their blocking degica from their system. that way delgica and also your bank can fix this kind of problem. maybe something had happen in the past that make delgica block from their system.
  5. Hey,

PMing you guys about this now.

We are definitely a legitimate and reputable company.

Not sure why we are on a fraud blacklist.

It could be as simple as our company being based in Tokyo and your bank

flagging it a suspicious international transaction or something.

I will look into this further.

    Thanks for the heads up!
  6. Yeah. There are a thousand reasons for any bank to blacklist any given company, especially when they're international. I wouldn't worry about it.

    Edit:

Degica is partners with Win.rar and AVG.

And some utilities are notorious for interfering with firewalls etc... I don't have experiences with AVG [security software and stuff] but that may be the cause. Also, some utilities see changes made by Winrar as being malicious. See McAfee's report below.

    wrar390jp.exe

In our tests, this download contained programs some people would consider adware, spyware or other potentially unwanted programs.

    Nuisance Score

So if your institution uses third party [like McAfee] for spam/malware detection, that could explain the confusion.
