  1. Hey.

RPG Maker MV (and the others) have the most boring battle command system ever.

The only plugin to ever come close to fixing this is Moghunter's BattleHUD and Battle Command Plugins, as it implemented the "ring" menu, shown here:

The issue I have with this, is that it requires you to use images, rather than having MV render the sprites. (If there's a way around this, let me know.)

So, that's basically what I'm requesting. If you have any pre-existing plugins, link 'em.

    Thanks, and have fun.
  2. Why not just edit the images?

I knew someone would ask this.

Editing the images would take forever, and the faces, gauges, and the entire layout itself are already pre-made in the battlehud folder.

And there's only compatibility for 4 actors, while the game I'm making has 5.

It's also incompatible with Yanfly's Battle Engine Core. Since, y'know, made by different people.
  4. While, yes, it would take time to edit them that's just the territory of making art. I'm definitely know you can edit the plugin for more characters, you just have to edit it to accompany an fifth slot. As for compatibility issues the only one I've come across is some camera issues but that just might be me. The only ring menu for battles that I could find is by Hime, but I think it's locked behind a paywall so you might have to join their Patreon to get access to it.

That sucks. I do have some extra money, but I feel as if that's kinda a bad practice.

I mean they work hard to make all those plugins and most of them are free. I don't think asking for a bit of compensation for their work isn't a bad thing for some of thier more complex stuff or ideas.

I know, but it's just my opinion.

I also sacrificed a dollar for the greater good, and am currently looking for the password.

In the end, I was unable to find anything relating to a password, or anything in her Patreon feed.

    Alright, sorry about that.

My phone is next to me, and gives me a notification whenever I get an email. Which is, ironically, how I knew that you replied to me.
