MV Plugin Request - Show Picture event on parallax layer

    Hello. This request is pretty self explanatory based on the title, but I am looking for a plugin that has a plugin command that allows a shown picture to be placed on the same layer that the parallax scrolling backgrounds are on (below the tiles and events)
    similar to how the show picture event in RPG Maker 2003 has the ability to change layers like this. Also, I assume this just comes naturally, but I would like the plugin command to be able to be layered with other picture plugins (example: biud436's Wave Filter plugin).

    VE's overlay and underlay plugin does the job. Not sure about the second part of your rewuest though and cannot test.

    Can you send a link to this I'm not sure if the one I found is the right one or not.
