[MV] Plugin Manager & Program Interface Menu Problem

Hello RPG Maker family; I'm using the RPG Maker MV. When I enter the Plugin manager, the adjustment page height setting is distorted. And when I want to open program menus, I get a blank screen. It works properly if I click 2 times. It can be a little frustrating It's not just Yanfly's plugins. The plugins that are installed by default are the same. All examples are attached. I tried 1.5.1 - 1.5.2 - 1.6.1 version and updated the graphics card driver. But I couldn't figure it out. Any help? It's not just Yanfly's plugins. The plugins that are installed by default are the same.

All examples are attached.

I tried 1.5.1 - 1.5.2 - 1.6.1 version and updated the graphics card driver.
But I couldn't figure it out. Any help?

two possibilities come to mind:
1) your windows display settings are set to zoom to a different dpi than 100% (is sometimes automatically set to 150% if a big monitor is set for windows)
2) you're using a microsoft display driver insted of the display driver from your graphic card manufacturer.

It also might be a wrong setting in your display driver or a damaged driver or windows.

Thanks for the reply.

I check Windows display settings and it looks 100%. I thought there might be a problem with the graphic card. I tried making the necessary changes. There was no change.

I'll recheck the graphic card and windows driver updates again.

Edit: I've done the driver updates but my issue is not solved. I had to format the computer. When I installed the program after the format, the problem had improved.
