[MV] Need help identifying what plugin is adding a menu effect

I am fairly sure its one of Yanfly's plugin's but for the life of me I can't find it. I would like to see what plugin it is to find out if I can adjust its position. Here is a screenshot below: Edit: Nevermind, I got it. Doesn't appear you can change its location.
