[MV] How to get the green target ring working (Moghunter)

I've set up most of moghunters plugins and have them running but I noticed the green targeting ring in the Mog Master Demo and can't figure out how to get it to work or for that matter even which plugin creates it. I am hoping someone might have an answer. Here is a screenshot:
