first, it depends on what musescore exactly is and what its terms-of-use are.
other than that 99% of all personal works usually don't need registering because no one is interested in copying them.
Only if you plan to sell it on its own with a publishing company or so you can consider registering it.
and in such a case you should always ask a real lawyer about that, because on the internet almost no one will know the laws of your country on this. -
Musescore is a common creative so i can use what i make as i like, anyway this project is non-commercial

You will be all right. The chances of someone stealing your work are near 0. Personally I post my tracks on youtube not only to show them off, but also because if someone steals it, I can prove that I'm the creator of the track (with the files of it during the creation process) and can prove I had it before them (since youtube is the first place I make my tracks public). Add to that that I added "This is not for public usage, but for entertainment purposes only." in the description makes it that someone else can't fake a "I didn't know it I couldn't use it", even if that excuse doesn't usually work, at least in my country.
This is not registering my work, but will allow you to sue and have a good civil case (depending on your country). I said that it will ALLOW, but didn't say you should. Suing over tracks of a RPG Maker game is probably unheard of and not worth the money and the time.
NOTE: Didn't have my classes on intellectual properties yet, but I still did one year in university in law (Canada). -
