Hello all Range here,
I am creating a harvest moon type game and I have a few questions.
*Is there a chance system built into the events because if there is I can't see it.
Ex:There is a 1 out of 3 chance etc. will happen.
*Say you made an event where the character planted a bean and so many minutes later it grew, but lets say there is multiple maps on the game and before it grew he left the map and came back, the event is a parallel process, would it continue where it left off or start the timer over?
*Does anyone know of a good crafting script? I cannot find one.
*Also how would one make it to where you see you're character then you name him and he has that name forever.

1. You can set a random number to variables with the Control Variables command.
2. Timers continue when you pass onto a new map then can check it through comparing a variable (don't have to use the Timer function, can simply look at Game Time instead but that won't stop when you pause when opening the menu). Can also just make a variable that increases when the player does things or fights battles if you don't want them standing around waiting, then compare that.
3. I haven't looked too much at crafting scripts, someone else would have to answer that. -
