I'm new here, but I thought I might as well try to present my game-in-progress before I get too far ahead in the making of it. This game isn't a sort of crawler RPG, it is more of a slower-paced game you have control over how fast the game goes. It's basically mechs fighting in an arena-type setting. Right now... it's my second day making this game (I've been playing around with the Game Maker for almost a week though, and I have gotten a lot of knowledge in just under 1 week) and I have gotten a lot done on this game. Anyways, for the basis of the game, it is just a basic robotic combat simulator. I don't want it to have map movement support, so I made it so the entire game revolves around one
huge event controlling everything that is required. That's all I have as far as the "plot" goes and I hope my game subjects (Action and Fighter) are both appropriate for this topic of game.
This game uses xBrokenSin's Dark Cloud 2 Weapons script, Yanfly Enemy Health/Info, and Visual Battler (All credit goes to them). Here are some screenshots:
