so Like in thousand arm I would love to develop
a system of visual novel
but noo for serve in all the game is more when the character speak with is Ally they do a "Rendez-vous" at a certain place
and they speak this permit to unlock some relationship with your ally and some people you can speak in the game!
exemple if you do a error this will reduce your relation with the specific character
so I wounder if this is a good idea in a rpg ?
because I want more interaction between my characters
Mixe Regular Rpg with VIsual Novel ?

A mixture of RPG and VN? See Persona and Ar Tonelico for details (they're the first ones to put into my head). Persona(lly), I quite like it but the key for it it balance. Persona tends to even out the gameplay through a series of long random dungeons and making it REALLY grindy (but it IS an Atlus RPG so I digress) though Ar Tonelico is clearly more VN/ Story driven over it's gameplay, but it's gameplay (namely battles) are usually short, unique and pretty fun (except maybe AT3... really subjective that last one). But yeah, the key is balance all in all.
So I say go for it, I'd like to see this done more! :3 -
haha thanks yes I will work on it : D!

More character interaction is always a good idea in an RPG. Anything that gets the player to emotionally invest in the fate of the characters is just going to add to the impact of your story and how much the player cares about your game. Go for it!
Instead of simply having +/- relationship values based on the player's choices, consider also having some choices grant other gameplay effects. Maybe some choices grant nice items but piss your friends off (gathering things instead of relaxing, pickpocketing someone), or maybe three different choices all lead to different ways to conquer a villain's castle (sneak in vs. bribe guards vs. attack head-on) and your party members all had different opinions on how it should be done. -
Any BioWare game is basically a cross between an RPG and a visual novel.

Final Fantasy and therefore JRPGs are... well, SquareSoft used to make VNs until they lost a ton of money and had to bet the farm on their last game. Hence 'Final' Fantasy.
I prefer heavy VN elements in my JRPGs; character based stories and multilinear games are WHY I play them. You'll be in good company.
Ar Tonelico and the Persona games are good examples. For good examples of how NOT to do this, uh, look at anything Compile Heart has ever done. fight me They're infamous for poorly-thought out romance elements.
