Hi, I posted this on the wrong subcategory yesterday. But I bought membership trimonthly+ on the 4th of july. A few days later it was withdrawn from my account. At first it was stated it would be finished the 14th, then the 18th. I emailed support a few days ago about my payment and I've gotten no response. It's the 20th now and I still do not have access because it's still under review. When will I finally get access?
Member + still under review after 15 days?

Usually the member+ should be accessible within hours or a few days, depending on workload of the Degica Staff.
Sometimes the support tickets get directed to the wrong filter, but with a forum PM or forum post you would have gotten a replay by now, if you didn't post on the weekend - Degica has working hours, and they can't access their company database if they're at home. -
Also - alot of the staff are very bust this month with events etc.
I would assume that could have an impact on waiting time? - or would it be Delgica staff directly rather than local forum staff? (or are the top forums peeps from Delgica?) -
I'm having a hard time understanding your membership being "withdrawn" from your account and needing review. I've never heard of that happening before unless something was flagged with your PayPal account... Could you please elaborate on what you mean?
We also don't need to 'review' anything, nor would we "withdraw" the Member+ from your account to review anything.. So I'm guessing something is up with your payment method... -
The money was withdrawn from my bankaccount. I have linked PayPal to my bankaccount.
I've paid a lot of stuff that way before, and it has never been an issue.
On the 4th of july I ordered PayPal to pay 14 dollar to Degica. On the 11th of july PayPal withdrem 10.67 euros from my bankaccount and send 14 dollars to DEGICA.
On the forum my status still says "Payment Under Review - Waiting fro Approval of Staff Member". It's been this EXACT way since the 4th of july, since I ordered it!
This is all the info I've received. No e-mail, nothing. Frankly, I'm very dissapointed.

Was the payment via PayPal an eCheck? This shouldn't happen unless the payment bounced. Could be a glitch and I can get it taken care of. Just need to know if the payment was an eCheck or not first, please.
Once we get it sorted, I'll compensate you for lost time. If it was a glitch on our end, I'll definitely make it right :) -

An echeck is where you had no cash in your paypal and paypal had to directly remove the funds from your bank account. echecks normally take over 7 days to process. :)
Edit:
You can click on details (in paypal on the transaction) and scroll to the bottom. It will tell you there its 'funding type'. -
Okay, it looks like it was an eCheck.
Seems our system didn't automatically move you to Member+ once the money cleared hence the hangup. I'll get it approved for you now and do a time compensation. :)
Edit: I approved the transaction.
Cancel your subscription on PayPal's end. That way you don't rebill early because I'm compensating for lost time. When your membership ends after the extension, you can then renew and start a new subscription if you wish. :) -
Good to know staff are so helpful when issues like this do arise ^_^

I checked and it was indeed an eCheck. Which is weird, because I had 11 euros on PayPal when I made the payment. Thank you very much for helping me out Nathanial :)
