Right on schedule, I present the Shockadile! This little guy is 5ft in length, with a row of metal spheres down his spine that channel electricity. His strong bite is not something to sneeze at either!

BTW, which house style is better?? the more colorful ones, OR the stone first floor with wood on top?

Personally I like them both...  The Stone ones give off more of a Medieval Castle Town feel and the Brighter Roof ones give you a feeling of remote town, like a quaint town or village feel.

What I would like to see is more of both but also other styles as well:

    1. A lone cottage in the forest where a Hermit Master might reside
    2. A Medieval City Style [Stone and Wood mixed buildings]
    3. Some Nature Style Buildings [think Hobbit Shire, or Ewoks, Maybe some buildings in the sides of cliffs]
    4. I would love to see you try a Castle [Piece by Piece or all at once]

These are only the ones I would like to see though...  Plus I'm still waiting for the Video tutorial you promised :stare: of how you build these awesome buildings.  I built an entire town around your buildings.  I made them in to Tilesets and placed them in the D-E slots.  I think it turned out pretty good...  I mean I changed them a little to match my needs, but they remain the same mostly.  I also added a bunch of random things to flesh out the outside more...  Let me know what you think.

  3. Ah yeah, that tutorial got snagged up in technical difficulties until I forgot about it >.>

Part of the struggle of putting them into tilesets for people is that there's only 4 maximum 'extra' tilesets, which turns into a max of about 24 houses cuz they take up a lot of space.

Your map does look good though! Also thanks for the suggestions.
  4. May I suggest one more...  A Fancy Mansion.  Something like two or three stories and very large.....

I'm trying to push your creativity here...  stop me if it's too much.
  5. Wow these are really great!

I would love to see some more buildings, especially with the blue roof stone walls.

Keep up the good work :)

    ...*Puts on finger-less gloves* I can do it!  :rock-left:   B) :rock-right:

Took about an hour, and it can't get much bigger for 1 tileset:

I forgot how nice it is to design some parallax housing

WHAT?!  You rock...  I'm going to have to try harder to stump you...  Let me think a bit.  Don't worry I'll have something really hard next time...  Just you wait.
  8. Don't worry, you've already stumped me earlier (for now) Castles are really not my thing it seems.
  9. @HaydeosI just want to say your parallax building are fantastic.

I would love to see some more of your designs for them. The fancy mansion looks great. I would love to see your version of a humble church or even a small poor prayer temple. All of these nice buildings makes me wonder about the other side of the tracks.

Tempting, and I have some ideas. However, I have a prior commitment today with a fish-man creature, so I'll put "Poor Buildings" on the list for later.

It doesn't have to be too special...  It can be generic Castle if you want.  Look at some pictures and see if they help you out. :)
  12. Never turn down a commitment with a fishman.  Dagon would not take kindly to those sort of actions.
  13. I want to use every one I make as practice to improve on the next one...

Presenting "Salman" a fish that's able to walk upright on land. Equipped with sharp teeth that can tear through his enemies. He can swim up to 60 mph.
  14. I like how Salman turned out.
  15. Thanks! ...I actually like his death frame more than the rest :p

next up will be a slime! Once I get around to animating him... INizMwf.png

Because everyone needs a slime, apparently...

So I made a church, then realized there's a difference between "Humble" and "Ruined" XD

have to dial it back and fix it up a bit :p
  17. Now that got me laughing.  :guffaw:

It's hard for churches to be too humble, they were usually made by people who had loads of money XD

I feel like this is relatively simple though.
  19. I like that. It's small and not all fancy. something you might see in a less rich town. You did a really fine job on that. I like the touches of disrepair.
  20. Hey So I added more stuff to go with the church. A warehouse...annnnd I don't know what the third one is. It might need more details, I'm tired tonight...
