    This script allows you to add visual effects to maps (as distortion for example) in real time.
    It goes over the main in materials as usual and should work in any project.
    You can also put the instructions below in order to always have them along with.

    In this video made with VXace, I've set the "refresh_rate" of the script (cf. notice) to 60 on the beginning to have better effects then to 30 from pixelize so it doesn't lag too much.
    For blur effects I was at 4 images but I think we can go up to 8 without making it slow and even more on VX as it is more efficient on this point.
    We can do much more effects than what I shown by using several at the same time or just by changing settings.

  4. The effects looks great for a hot desert where the player feels all dizzy from the heat.

    This would be kool to add something extra like skill points or cheats. :)

  13. That's pretty sweet. Acidtrippy dungeons just got acidtrippier. Hell, you could even make evil map states with common events. You blinded? Can hardly see anything! You confused? Mirror that screen! and so on and so forth.

  17. I've made a small update to add compatibility with my latest script (Lights & Shadows).

    Nothing changed other than that.

  19. This is one thing that was missing from Ace!!!! Great Job.

    (I just hope it doesn't conflict with any of the other scripts I am using atm)

    Edit- Holy Crap! This one script works on VX and Ace How in the %^&$ is that possible?
