Maki's Chibi RTP (VX and later VX-ACE)

Hello! I decided to take on the ever daunting task of redrawing the RTP characters in a my goofy style for busts and facesets. I'll be trying to do all of the characters in the VX and VX-Ace RTPs, but this will take some time! So please be patient. I've only got a few done so far, but felt like sharing. :)



ACTOR BUSTS

Terms, Conditions, and Other Such Things
* Free to use in personal projects
* Please ask before using in commercial projects; they are still free to use, but I would like to be contacted and informed of this intent ahead of time
* Please credit as Makio-Kuta
* You can alter the characters' colours, and I do not mind if you alter the expressions. Please do not 'frankensprite' the art, for lack of a better term.
* I am not taking free requests
* If there is a character in the RTP you would like to see sooner rather than later, feel free to mention as such and I'll keep the suggestion in mind :)
* Do not ask 'when will such-and-such a character be done;' I'm generally very busy with lots of projects and I expect this adventure to take some time
* Feel free to ask any questions if anything is not clear!

Why do I want to say that this style of yours is much better then VX/Ace's default.

@Archeia: There's no way I could be upset at something that level of pure, unfiltered awesome. xD ((Spoiler: I'll be doing alternate versions with glasses for everyone. I only have Ralph and 1-2 done for that so far though; if it's okay with you I am totally gonna hawk those rad shades. :D ))

These are wonderful, and you are right about the latest accessory - it is indeed "everything that anyone ever wanted in life".

Because anime style can get monotanous after a while. I definately like VX's style over Ace's though.

I want to point out that unlike most of the Dark Lords (Sauron and Voldemort for example) my teeth are shiny and perfectly awesome...if you're wondering how I can accomplish this (even in my cursed state), well...The Dark Side Toothpaste is the answer you're looking for.

I believe that if you want to kidnap a princess (or a prince) you still need to make a good impression after all, an evil grin needs to be appealing too and not only scary.

Very cute stuff.  They would work well with the RTP to DS sprites I am working on.  Good luck in cleaning up the rest. =D  

They're so cute! I'd definitely use them, and those glasses ones are pimpin'.

@Dalph: Look at you all breaking my bold-texted rule. Time to find the police. (but nah, it's cool. Stuff like that is fine, especially just for fun. What that is really there is to stop people from fraken-arting them into other designs or drawing extensive edits over them and such. If that makes sense lol)

Also Ylva's (2-6) expression is priceless, she looks like she's absent-minded or something...ahahahah! I'm curious to see her finished now. :D

@Makio-Kuta: Actor 2-1 is A man or women? , I am asking about the default RTP. Because as you draw, she(he?) looks like female.

I think they are probably a dude, but I just wanted to keep the very lovely and androgynous look they had. People are free to interpret the drawing as whatever gender they need.
