Making a Recharging Effect

  1. So I have a unique question.

    I have a character who has a very powerful weapon line but to counter-balance it, I want to only allow her to attack every other turn. I thought I could get around this by implementing a status effect called Recharging, but I've drawn a blank on how to make it work.

    Is there a simple solution I'm missing here, or is it much more complicated than I actually think?

    Any feedback would be appreciated.
