Lost RPG Maker VX Ace

Hopefully it's okay to post this here. A number of months ago my laptop went bad and I had to get a new one. Fortunately I was able to transfer most of my data over to the new machine, but there were a number of programs I had to reinstall. Today I figured out how to do the same for RPG Maker VX Ace, but it wants my product key again.

I've checked to see if my receipt for Ace was saved in my email but I think it's in my old college email address that I no longer have access to. I'm trying to figure out how to access it again, but in the meantime, does this site keep any record of sales so I can redownload the program? Naturally, I'd prefer not to have to buy it because I can't find the product key.

I was able to get into my old email and reactivate VX Ace. This topic can be closed.

It depends on where you purchased Ace - the forum store or the main store.


If you purchased Ace in the forum store (which would be the only way to get the M+ discount), then the SN is stored in the forum's client area.


Click on your name top right, select "client area", then select "purchases".


If you purchased from the main store, you need to write a support ticket with details of your purchase...
