Hi there. Back in November, I brought RPG Maker VX ACE on my old laptop. Fast forward to now, and I not only had to get a new new laptop, but I lost the email containing the product key. I emailed tech support, but no one has responded back to me :( Is there another way which I can retrieve my lost product key?

Its quite possible that your email got caught up in a google mail filter or in our ticket system. If you would send me a PM with the order information you do remember (what email was used to purchase, name it was purchased under, etc.) I can try to find your product key for you. -
Something similar has happened to me now. Last week I have sent an email asking for the product key for RPG maker VX Ace that I purchased a while back. I had the key on my hard drive but forgot to save it when I upgraded my OS to Win 8.1. I would like to get back to my projects again but waiting on a reply from tech support. ;_;

I am having the same problem as i got a new computer and when i put in my email on the main site it says email does not exists or something like that, i have an email that might work and a name that might work.

Similar thing. I mistyped my email address when purchasing RMVX Ace. I know the email I typed and have the full order reference etc. Please help.

@dex_1010 the solution has been described abode - you don't need to post and wait for an answer, you can send the PM directly.
By the way - if you have the full order reference, then you also have the key - the key for VX Ace is identical to the order/invoice number. -

@Larry Longstreth Have you sent in a support ticket from the store page? It will ask for a product key, but you can submit a ticket without one - just leave that part blank.

Yeah, there's nothing we can do. If you don't hear back, taking the weekend into account you can try messaging Lunarea.
