Lost Product Key

  1. Hi there. Back in November, I brought RPG Maker VX ACE on my old laptop. Fast forward to now, and I not only had to get a new new laptop, but I lost the email containing the product key. I emailed tech support, but no one has responded back to me :( Is there another way which I can retrieve my lost product key?

    Its quite possible that your email got caught up in a google mail filter or in our ticket system. If you would send me a PM with the order information you do remember (what email was used to purchase, name it was purchased under, etc.) I can try to find your product key for you.
  4. Something similar has happened to me now. Last week I have sent an email asking for the product key for RPG maker VX Ace that I purchased a while back. I had the key on my hard drive but forgot to save it when I upgraded my OS to Win 8.1. I would like to get back to my projects again but waiting on a reply from tech support.  ;_;

  7. im having the same issue, i bought vx ace around a year ago and have had to replace my PC, i have the order info and all that goodness
  8. I am having the same problem as i got a new computer and when i put in my email on the main site it says email does not exists or something like that, i have an email that might work and a name that might work.

  11. Yeah I'm in the same boat. Old computer completely died and I don't have my product key number anymore. Can I PM you as well?


    Also deleted my old emails so I don't have that anymore q-q
  12. Similar thing. I mistyped my email address when purchasing RMVX Ace. I know the email I typed and have the full order reference etc. Please help.
  13. @dex_1010 the solution has been described abode - you don't need to post and wait for an answer, you can send the PM directly.


    By the way - if you have the full order reference, then you also have the key - the key for VX Ace is identical to the order/invoice number.

  15. @Larry Longstreth Have you sent in a support ticket from the store page? It will ask for a product key, but you can submit a ticket without one - just leave that part blank.

  17. Yeah, there's nothing we can do. If you don't hear back, taking the weekend into account you can try messaging Lunarea.
  18. Hi guys, I'm having the same problem (altough with Game Maker XP). Who can I contact to get my product key back? I'm just wondering since the last post is already half a year old ^^
  19. But the answer is still the same - send a support ticket with the info you have, placing a zero in the SN viele.
  20. I lost my RMXP license key after receiving a new computer -- and placed the original order through a Gmail address in 2017. How do I get my license back?
