Hi everyone,
I'm working on a fusion of an RPG/Strategy/Rougelike game and given that I'm no longer limited by the awful ''Show choices'' function when it comes to building (Going to use this for those who are curious http://galvs-scripts.com/galvs-use-item-on-event/ ) I'm looking for some fun building ideas. The setting is fantasy/renaissance, but given that the player has access to research, some later time periods may come into play, including the industrial revolution. Additionally the world is being consumed by the all-engulfing spawn and magic and monsters are all over the place, so mystical buildings and altars to the dark gods are not out of the question.
When it comes to functionality of the buildings, there is a ton of variables, ranging from Unrest to Productivity, so don't worry about it not fitting the mechanics, I can probably adapt it somehow.
So yeah, the more the better. I have a bunch of ideas, but I'd love to hear some suggestions from you. From new world wonders to a simple granary, anything goes.
