Looking for a Werewolf sprite that's free for commercial use~!

Heya! I've been working on a (likely to be) commercial project, and I've been looking all over the place for a werewolf charset that I could use without needing to worry about being sued xP So far, I've found 'Hokija's monster' sprite set (http://www.rpgmakervxace.net/topic/18086-lycanthropebloodsuckerdryad-resource-needed/), but I haven't been able to find out anything about Hokija and his/her policies on commercial usage ;-;

If anyone would be willing to help me either find another resource or clarify Hokija's terms of use, it would be greatly appreciated! :D

I haven't translated any author/site named Hokija. And since there's no link posted to their site I can't translate the terms for you.
