Legal to use XP tilesets?

Hey i wanted to know if its allowed to use RPG Maker XP tilesets in RPG Maker VX Ace hope to hear from you guys

if you legally own both makers then yes, you can legally use the XP-RTP in Ace.

However, the autotiles are completely different and can't be easily transferred.

The other resources can be changed with an image program - for example, in the case of sprites you only need to cut out the first column (Ace sprites have 3 columns, XP have four)
