Hi Guys,
can someone tell me the Launch File for Mac and Linux Version?
I mean the File, where you open the game with to play it (after exporting the game)
Windows Launch File is in this case -> Game.exe

Unfortunately you're wrong with that.
Game.exe is nothing but a Browser - the file that launches the game is index.htm, and that in all cases independent of OS.
And under MacOS things work differently as the folder you get from deployment output becomes an APP.
I suggest you tell us what you want to do and why you asked that question, then we can tell you how to proceed. -
If you unzip the game on Mac or on Linux, on which File do you have to click (with the mouse or keyboard or whatever..) to open the game.

If you correctly deploy to MacOS, you'll have only a single file and NOT a folder. It is only a folder under windows because windows handles files differently.
So there is no choice - you click on the only existing (or better the only visible) file. -
You need to deploy the game for Mac or Linux to run it on those OS. You cant just put your windows deployment package into your Mac and open a file and expect to make it work.
If you deploy the game to Mac, you should only have 1 file as output when you look at your Mac
