  1. Resource Type: Character sprite, possible face set.

    Maker Format: MV

Art Style: Er cartoony, I guess? Just like regular Kirby.

Description:  I would like a Kirby sprite (and face set) please! If you do this for me, I would also super appreciate it if you helped with other Kirby sprites down the line, but for the time being, I would just like Kirby for now, just a normal pink puff on foot walking around. Just give the sprite the dot mouth like in

I would post pictures directly, but he's a really plain and well know character, so I hope this will suffice.

I won't be using it for a side-view battle system.

Let me know if there's anything else I can provide.
  2. That is copyright infringement and might be counting as the ripped....

Now if you want a kirby-like creature......
  3. You can't request licensed things. I can  convert an existing one for the previous Rpg Makers to RPG maker MV for you via PM though.
  4. The game won't be commercial, I really can't request a Kirby sprite?

EDIT: Sorry, didn't know I couldn't reuqest licensed things! //rmwforums.s3.amazonaws.com/emoticons/default_sad.gif
  5. Nope. the rules are really strict on the presence of licensed characters in requests and in certain types of games (Commercial, no. But it's fine to showcase free fangames of course. I think I am the only one  who proven that it's okay to showcase fangames here so far.).
  6. Actually this is not entirely true. We do not tolerate ripped material (content taken directly from a game or other source) nor do we tolerate someone taking credit for another person's work (claiming they made something they did not).

And while we highly discourage you from making a game (even a non-commercial fan game) that uses copyrighted material (because, even as a fan game you can encounter costly legal difficulties), ultimately it is your choice. As long as content is originally created and properly credited, we will not ban it here.

That's reassuring to hear! I would still like someone's help with this then! I'll be providing all credit to the artist and to Hal Laboratories! (Also, I'll almost surely be using the front view battle system, so I only need the one sprite, and I'll maybe do recolors for abilities.)
